I wish to express my interest in government contractual work, and to highlight what I believe are the experience and attributes I can offer, with:• Five years of experience in delivering excellent customer service in a demanding retail space;• A history of adaptability to new technology, new procedures and new environments;• A Bachelor of Arts degree and a passion for reading, learning and sharing knowledge with others;• Excellent communication skills with a diverse range of customers and colleagues;• A history of reliability and flexibility with a dynamic work schedule and workplace.
From reading my resume and application you will see that my credentials are not just limited to these areas.
I would also like to make special note of my experience in navigating periods of transition for the companies I have previously worked for. I joined each company in the prelude of either a big move or grand opening. In each case I had to quickly acclimatise myself to working with a new team and overcome unexpected hurdles on the run. I also had to quickly adapt to new expectations and unfamiliar surroundings.
Experience and sound working skills with Microsoft Windows applications is something that I have acquired during my University and working life. My studies in TAFE and Uni have left me proficient with Word, PPT, Outlook etc. I also have a current WWCC approval from the NSW government as well as a valid driver's license and am a longstanding member of the Community Fire Unit in my street.
My work at Sydney Airport required that I learnt to use technologies and systems new to me. It also required I adapt to the new technologies that came along to replace those I had learned at the start. This is usual practice within dynamic business applications. In all instances I learned and adapted quickly and successfully.I would very much like to discuss my opportunities with First Grade Recruitment.
